  • Worked w/ Lance on analyzing yesterday's data and constructing protocol for assay redo and the info we hope to achieve
    • .1 dilution
    • Concentrations of 0, 5uM, 10uM, 20uM,....90uM, 100uM
    • 12 hour time-course scheduled
  • Ligation and Transformation of Device 1... almost complete!


Problems

  • No and PQ relatedness...
  • Assay for beta-carotene and RA...
  • NO form Th-17? Dendritic cells?....
