Michael: For tic-tac-toe, we need two different types of cells and we need to figure out a way to control movement in the X-Y plane; For RNA riboswitches, one of the projects was to modify the sensor. Is it hard to engineer? Is it hard to develop a computer program that can predict its usability? For the secondary messenger that sends out the signal which the riboswitches detect, this design is limited by ONE single output. For the PNA project, please look into how DNA and RNA polymerases read PNA.
