Tuesday 17th August:

  • Made MG1655 chemically competent.[[1]]
  • Transformed the MG1655 competent cells with several GFPs, E.chromis and LacZs from the iGEM kit. ( Parts BBak274100, BBak274200, BBak274001, BBak274002, BBak274003.)[[2]]
