We blunted the sticky ends of the DNA digestion

* NEBuffer 2 10X -> 2μL
* dNTPs -> 4 μL
* Digested PBBRMCS-5 Plasmid DNA -> 10 μL
* Klenow -> 1μL
 
For a total reaction of 20 μL.
 
Leave for 1 hour at 25ºC.
 
Stop Knlenow actitivy at 75ºC during 20 minutes.

Blunting
