COBRA Toolbox

  • We have some progress using the COBRA toolbox. After downloading the toolbox [1] as well as the working model [2], we finally got to executing the first part of the tutorial [3].
  • Our goal is still to obtain a way of predicting the H2 production given a biomass estimate. Once we have that, we can obtain an approximation per plant or field.
    • As a bonus, we get to explore the "shadow costs" of H2 production on N2 fixation.
  • Similarly, we could generate a Cellular Automaton based on this model, and simulate the Snowdrift Game scenario.
