Results of yesterday's digestion

The following electrophoresis gel shows the results of the pBBR1MCS-5 double digestion by apaI and sacI

Lanes: 

1. Ladder 10 kb
2. pBBR1MCS-5
3. Double digestion

This clearly shows that the plasmid was correctly digested and the two bands correspond to their corresponding sizes: insert~1.2kb and plasmid backbone ~ 4.9 kb.
