Abstract

Today I did the solutions to extract genomic DNA.

Solutions to extract genomic DNA

Proteinase K

  • Dissolve 5 mg of Pronasa in 1 ml of TE 50:20 and heat for 1 hour to 37°C.

'RNAsa

  • Dissolve 30 mg of RNAsa in 1 ml of water HPLC and heat for 10 minutes to 95 °C.

Phenol-cloroform-isoamilic alcohol

Mix 24 ml of Phenol, 24 ml of Cloroform, and 1 ml of isoamilic alcohol. Keep in a amber jar to 4 °C.
