Pick of colonies of the petri dish with iGEM parts

  • Today I pick the colonies of the petri dish with iGEM parts(was maken on june 29) and grow in new petri dishes.

Method

  • 1. Take a colonie of petri dish with iGEM parts with a sterile toothpick.
  • 2. Make lines with the sterile toothpick in the new dishes petri.
