April 16th, 2010

  • We have chosen a RBS medium force, for low promoter: J23112, J23102 or 123113.
  • For synthesis we will eliminate the promoter in them.
  • Vibrio Fischery will be ordered immediately.

In wet-lab

  • The culture mediums are being prepared.
  • We are going to work with Luciferase.

We need to

  • Get sequences clean according whit the protocols for forbidden sites.
  • Give the order to synthesis immediately.
