October 15th

Modeling

  • After an intensive week coding, we have the first matrices in Simbiology and Kappa for some of the modules. However, the data are too large, the computations too memory-intensive, and our computers too weak. We will try to simplify models.
  • We have calculated the Steady States of elements we couldn't find.
