The protocol for the soil samples was updated to include information about a blog that had been created. The blog provides a place for people to ask questions about the project and see results from the soil samples. The social media side of outreach was developed and the twitter feed was linked to the blog.

A meeting was held between some team members and advisers to ask questions and give updates on some aspects of outreach such as holding an event at the forum in norwich.
