Transformation reactions were performed on all the specific ligation reactions from the day before, all controls (positive & negative) in addition to the J04450 plasmid only. They were put into incubation overnight at 37 °C.

Also, samples were run on an agarose gel to confirm ligation reactions, but unfortunately the gel image did not give us any information.
