The plasmid PET28AntA was transformed into both standard E.coli cells and E.coli used for protein (Rosetta BL21) The four plates were left to incubate at room temperature for a couple of days. Outreach Soil tokens were ordered in business card. They were to be given to anyone donating a soil sample so they could track its progress and view the results of the screening.
