Floor One

De-replication of single Streptomyces colony plates where it appeared we had duplicates.

Floor Two

As the BL21 plates were unsuccessful, we decided to make some new competent cells, following the protocol. These cells were then transformed with Pet28AntA and spread onto plates for incubation overnight at 37°C.
We received the sequencing data back and began checking the results. The sequencing looked promising, but would need further analysis.
