Floor Two

A restriction digest was prepared to analyse two of our biobricks. K1041001 and K1041002 were both cut with enzymes XbaI and NdeI and EcoRI and SpeI. The samples were analysed on an agarose gel Fig 2,3.

Fig 2:Bba_K1041001 restriction digest analysis. Lane 1-3 contains uncut Bba_K1041001 and Bba_K1041001 cut with XbaI and NdeI then EcoRI and SpeI respectively.
Fig 3:Bba_K1041002 restriction digest analysis. Lane 1-3 contains and Bba_K1041002 cut EcoRI and SpeI then XbaI and NdeI and uncut Bba_K1041002 respectively.

The six cultures from the 13/09 were set up again and incubated overnight at 37°C.
