Floor One

Antibiotic overlays of the conjugation plates were performed - 1 ml of sterile water with 20 ul (25 mg/ml) Nalidixic acid and 25 ul (50 mg/ml) Apramycin was spread on top. The plates were incubated over the weekend at 30°C.
