Week 10 Day 1- Transformed Agro for Canary 1 experiments and spreadplated onto LB plates containing Rif, Gen and Amp antibiotics and stored at 28 °C for 2 days. - Infiltration of Agro constructs 2,3,4,10,11 into N. Benthamiana and plants stored in Plant Growth room at UEA O/N.
