Today we received the oligonucleotides we had ordered from Eurogentec. Before we could send them off with the DNA samples for sequencing we needed to perform a reconstitution. We then checked their concentrations were correct, using a photometer, before preparing the primers and DNA samples for sequencing. | |||

After receiving an update about the iGEM meet up in london, it was clear we needed to create a poster for the event. We set to work on this task and hoped to have it printed shortly after completion. | |||
