Today we recieved the oligonucleotides we had ordered from Eurogentec. Before we could send them off with the DNA samples for sequencing we needed to perform a reconstitution. We then checked their concentrations were correct before preparing the primers and DNA samples for sequencing.

Outreach
After receiving an update about the iGEM meet up in london, it was clear we needed to create a poster for the event. We set to work on this task and hoped to have it printed shortly after completion.
