Floor Two

A restriction digest was prepared to analyse two of our biobricks. K1041001 and K1041002 were both cut with enzymes XbaI and NdeI and EcoRI and SpeI. The samples were analysed on an agarose gel Fig 2,3.

The six cultures from the 13/09 were set up again and incubated overnight at 37°C.
