Inoculation

2:30 p.m. - Performed 5 innoculations:

  • 5 mL LB Broth (x5 tubes)
  • 5 μL Kan (x2 tubes)
  • 10 μL Amp (x3 tubes)

Placed parts in tubes according to their resistances.

Plate

3:00 p.m. - Re-plated GFP onto LB+Amp because it was difficult to pick a single colony. (Forgot to re-sterilize inoculation loop before pulling it across previous streaks.)
