  1. Noticed growth on all plates up to 1.6% butanol
    1. Grew 1.6% butanol cells on butanol free LB broth and 0.8% LB broth
    2. Took cells from both samples (0.8% butanol and butanol free) and grew up in 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, 2.4, 2.8, 3.2 percent butanol
  2. Had a meeting about using gas chromatography
