  • Tried the Gibson assembly with 5 oligos [6-10 and 11-15]. Purified the products and performed a nanodrop [6-10: 5.6ng/ul; 11-15: 5.7ng/ul] Ran the products on the gel and failed to get any results. Nanodropped the DNA stock solutions to verify there is an appropriate amount of DNA in the solutions.
