  • More graphic design work. Found mold and bacteria growing on yeast plates instead of yeast. Investigated with high-tech microscope. Ran PCA reaction, performed gel electrophoresis, and found that DNA had assembled but it did not assemble to the size we were expecting. This could be attributed to a lack in oligos needed to construct the full assembly or the full assembly was in too small a concentration to be visualized.
