Attempted to find antibiotics to which RB53 was resistant to.

Performed plasmid miniprep on tube # 3,5,7,10 and then did nanodrop. The
nanodrop values were very low, so we added a large volume of template DNA to the
PCR reaction.
<br>
Did PCR clean up on hCG digest.
<br>
Performed nanodrop on cleaned up, CAIP-treated, and digested PET vector. The
nanodrop, however, did not show any DNA present.

Attempted to find antibiotics to which RB53 was resistant to.
