Tried to optimize the transfection efficiency in bronchiseptica using a plasmid with lacZ.
• We organized our data in to various charts and graphs as sort of a checkpoint to make sure everything was on record.
• Busy with lab protocol and clean up.
• Researched in attempt to find a vector that works in Bronchiseptica
