We continued the transformation of Bordatella Bronchiseptica.
<br>
We did some modeling work in our spare time.
<br>
Our back up plan included using E. coli instead of B. pertussis
<br>
We used the biobrick LacZ. Used DNA in the DNA kit.
<br>
Performed plasmid prep of LacZ containing biobrick

We continued the transformation of Bordatella Bronchiseptica.
We did some modeling work in our spare time.
Our back up plan included using E. coli instead of B. pertussis
We used the biobrick LacZ. Used DNA in the DNA kit.
Performed plasmid prep of LacZ containing biobrick
