We found that the colonies grew on the negative control LB/Km plate for the
transformation. It could be due to contamination.
<br>
We then plated RB50 and RB53 on LB/strep/gen+ plate
<br>
Our Gibson Assembly did not work.
<br>
We ordered primers and optimized hCG through IDT
<br>
Did our PCR cleanup on PET30a to remove contaminants
