Plates failed to grow; added kanamycin to 50 mL culture and left the culture to incubate
in the shaker.

Nanodropping of SynCG IDT plasmid and BBa_K331022 biobrick demonstrated proper

Plates failed to grow; added kanamycin to 50 mL culture and left the culture to incubate in the shaker.
Nanodropping of SynCG IDT plasmid and BBa_K331022 biobrick demonstrated proper concentrations (513 ng/μL and 111 ng/μL, respectively).
