• The SynCG BioBrick was isolated again.
• Due to the odd results of the last clearings, a 5 mL culture of BL21 was inoculated with material from the T7 and synCG plate.
• Viral genome isolation was performed again with cell culture samples from each of the following: IDT plasmid (positive control); WildType T7 (negative control); T7 halves treated with CIAP; SynCG treated with CIAP; RBS and SynCG treated with CIAP; and RBS and SynCG not treated with CIAP. We are currently validating results by detection PCR and pregnancy test kit.
