1. Plasmid isolation of AHL, TRH, GFP and LUX-R+lux PR

2. Electrophrose was done and results were like as we expected.

3. Nanodrop measurement of plasmid isolations.

BB1  -  148,8 ng/ul  
BB3  -  162,1 ng/ul  
BB4  -  110,2 ng/ul  
BB6  -  199,6 ng/ul  
BB9  -  190,4 ng/ul 

Freeze Dry 1 – 159.6ng/ul 
Freeze Dry (17.07.09) – 48,7 ng/ul 
Freeze Dry (20.07.09) – 112,6 ng/ul 

AHL (24.07.09) –  238,2 ng/ul

GFP (24.07.09) – 279,9 ng/ul

LUXR (24.07.09) – 250,9 ng/ul
