  1. present: John, Nils, Parthi
  2. Sanne gave symposium link to BJ,It's now on the site but no content, Manuel and Sarath have said they will update it but it has not been done yet
  3. list of invitees is still not decided, but needs to be decided soon: action sarath to discuss with nils to arrange this asap.
  4. action Parthi to contact sarath and ask for a plan for scs.
  5. abstract submissions for to be organized by sarath BJ speaking to BJ
  6. if sarath is too busy then somebody else could do it
