Activity 1: Part 2

Activity 1: Part 3
- Created a workbench account with the user name of jmoehlman.
- Saved my FASTA data into the Biology Workbench
- Viewed the Help page for using the ClustalW tool in the nucleic tools.
- It shows how this tool helps to perform multiple sequence alignment on protein or nucleic sequences.
Activity 2: Part 1
- added all of the first visit nucleic acid sequences.
- This data table shows 3 clones from 4 different subjects:

- 3 --------- 1,2,3
- 4 -------- 1,2,3
- On the tree on the link above; it shows all of the clones of each subject clustering together.
- Subjects 1 and 2 cluster together, while 3 and 4 are separated in different directions.
- After analyzing the tree it seems that subjects 1 and 2 are similar in their evolutionary relationships. Subjects 3 and 4 vary more than the others because they show much longer branches.
