ABI runs

  • Made dilution plate for panel 2 (RUB101026A)
  • Made formamide plates:
  • Leftover formamide + GS500 mix from 10/21 wento into RUB101026B wells A1-D4
  • We ran out of GS500, so I added a total of 13.5 ul GS500 to 1500 ul Hi-Di Formamide
  • 19 ul formamide mix + 1 ul diluted PCR product
  • Spun down and denatured formamide plates
  • Ran all of plate RUB101026B on ABI3100 today: Runs 6292-6297
  • Plate RUB101026A1 = columns 1-4 of RUB101026A
  • RUB101026A1 columns 1-2 = RUB101012 columns 11-12 plus fresh RUB126 reactions in 6 of the wells = Run 6290
  • RUB101026A1 columns 3-4 = Run 6291
