Final Presentation/Rubric
System blueprint annotated at multiple levels of abstraction down to exact DNA sequence. Systems have to be very well annotated; promoters, -35, -10, operators, RBS, start codon, stop codon, terminator. Report must describe why each part was selected as opposed to other available parts.
