3 g KH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub> (Potassium dihydrogen phosphate)
#40 mM tryptophan (dissolved in dH<sub>2</sub>O)
 
#Autoclave to sterilize
0.5 g NaCl (Sodium chloride)
#Add in 1/100 dilution into your M9 media (100 μL into 10mL M9 media)
 
1 g NH<sub>4</sub>Cl (Ammonium chloride)
 
0.49 g MgSO<sub>4</sub>.7H<sub>2</sub>O (magnesium sulfate heptahydrate)  
 
0.011 g CaCl<sub>2</sub> (Calcium chloride)
 
10 g Casamino Acid
 
0.4 g Glucose
 
XXXg Tryptophan (depending on your experiment)

Tryptophan supplement

  1. 40 mM tryptophan (dissolved in dH2O)
  2. Autoclave to sterilize
  3. Add in 1/100 dilution into your M9 media (100 μL into 10mL M9 media)
