We order primers from Sigma-Genosys
Scales: 0.025, 0.05, 0.2, 1, 10 and 15 µmol
0.025 must be between 12 and 35 bases and can only be desalted
Purification: DST (desalted), RP1 (reverse phase cartridge), HPLC and PAGE
