This DNA origami is used about 200 staples DNA and is constructed of “The Tortoise, the Hare and Basis” has linker both ends. If we make many DNA origami are used as Flip-Book, we need thousand of staples to make many DNA origami “The Tortoise and the Hare”. And we are going to get progressively more and more expensive and take much time. So we solved these problems by using proper staples DNA for the linker of DNA origami “Basis”. Example, when we move DNA origami from “ The Tortoise” to “The Hare”, we use linker on end of basis and make linker between “The Tortoise and the Hare” because if we don’t make linker, we need new many staples. In this way, we observed DNA origami “The Tortoise and the Hare” by using AFM many times. ・Abstract

DNA Origami is a useful technique to construct various nano structures and devices.In our project, we decided to apply DNA Origami method to represent art .We play nano-sized Flip-Book using DNA Origami nano structures.We adopted Aesop's fables as the subject.Three major components, a rabbit, a turtle, and the ground, are formed within one DNA Origami molecule.To show the whole we story with AFM images construct many patterns.We solve this problem by connecting each components through a long linker and combining each of them at proper positions.
