・Abstract
DNA Origami is a useful technique to construct various nano structures and devices.In our project, we decided to apply DNA Origami method to represent art .We play nano-sized picture-story show using DNA Origami nano structures.We adopted Aesop's fables as the subject.Three major components, a rabbit, a turtle, and the ground, are formed within one DNA Origami molecule.To show the whole we story with AFM images construct many patterns.We solve this problem by connecting each components through a long linker and combining each of them at proper positions.
