We succeeded to observe DNA origami “The Tortoise and the Hare” by using AFM. (Fig. 2.) The Tortoise is located on the left side and the Hare is located on the right of the ground. But in the AFM image, we also observed two motifs joined to each other (Fig. 3.) We are going to solve this problem by adding free Ts to the staples.
