We succeeded to observe DNA origami “The Tortoise and the Hare” by using AFM. (Fig. 2.) The Tortoise is located on the left side and the Hare is located on the right of the ground. But in AFM image (Fig. 3.) we give appearance that DNA origami “The Tortoise and the Hare” and other DNA origami “The Tortoise and the Hare” joined each other. We are going to solve this problem.
