†SEPSIS Project/Chip Bonding Issues

  • Check if Anlee can do backscatter electrons on new SEM
  • EF experiments results later today
  • Chips did not bond - that were made last weekend.
  • Controlled cooling with air plasma bond okay with Zeonor plaque.
