Overview
Press Zeonor pellet into 1mm slide.
Materials
- Carver Hot Press
- Mass Scale
- Zeonor 750 pellets
- 0.8mm shims
Procedure
- Mass out 5900 mg Zeonor pellets
- Spread in uniform circle on Hot Press slide
- Apply three orange 0.8mm shims in this configuration:
- Press at 2000 psi for 5-6minutes
