Expression assay for [His]6 constructs

I grew the strains overnight at 37 deg C, 300rpm, in 5ml LB + Kan, took 100ul aliquot and froze at -20 deg C.

SDS-PAGE

We're using the Invitrogen Nu-PAGE system with Novex bis-tris 4-12%
