This morning I dyed an embryo and felt really happy about it. I took lots of time with it and felt I got a really clear image of the nerves and they were really cleanly dissected out. I photographed them after about 2 hours and the dye had already started diffusing. Very excited to see how they turn out tomorrow. I started writing the structure for my report and parts of the method that I already know etc. I will also start planning out with photos I want to include and where and so that will give me direction for when I'm at the nikon tomorrow taking photos of my slides. I will do two more injections tomorrow. I feel so much more calm about it all and am really happy about the project. Complete opposite to last week :) Just because I feel like there is no stress anymore to get images because like Fabiana asked me 'what's the worst that can really happen'? Nothing!
