Experiment

Objective Try to differentiate between rostral and caudal components of cochleovestibular ganglion

Procedure

Both dyes injected on LEFT.

  • DiI crystals (anterior VIII)
  • DiO crystals (posterior VIII)

Notes: Some splatter. Rhombomere boundaries visible and clear
