Experiment
Objective Try to look at bifurcations of individual cells in the trigeminal
Procedure
- Left side: DiI on slit on alar plate rostral to V, DiO into V
- Right side: DiI on slit caudal to V, DiO into V
Notes
Not really happy with injections, especially DiI

Results
Picking up a lot of non V on the DiI presumably - but quite interesting that in the rostral branch I appear to have very little overlap between red and green. I would imagine if all caudally projecting branches were of neurons that were also bifurcating to project rostrally I would see quite a bit more overlap on that branch - that does not seem to be the case.
