Misc. Notes:
- colonies should be white & round
- can become oxygen stressed: grow with liquid:air volume ~ 1:5
- Example: Amanda was growing E. Coli in 25 mL TB in a 250 mL flask and Mary suggested this could be causing them oxygen stress. She changed to 50 mL culture in 250 mL flask and is discarding the biomass she doesn't use.
