Not shown: Cre recombinase site, useful for curing antibiotic via pCM157.

Advice: if possible, remove the repetitive sequence (cccccccccccc/gggggggggggg) between the up/down stream regions and the recombination site recognized by pCM157: causes Sanger sequencing to hiccup.
