- Run a gel of the PCR reaction and cut out the pGEV band
- Run a native extraction using results of research from previous two days
- Prep new pheromone samples to run on gel once Jake sends us the luminol.
Thursday, July 28
- Pick a few colonies of Tuesday's transformation. Grow overnight on SCR-u-h
Friday, July 29
- Induction experiment using pGEV system
Weekend, July 30-31
- Saturday - will be in Western Massachusetts
